RETURN POLICY OF MICHL JEWELLERY
Something not right with your order? It's alright... you can return your order for a credit or exchange within 10 working days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Custom designed goods that have followed the original brief from the client.
Free gift(s) accompanied with an order.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use.
Any item not in its original condition and is physically damaged, distorted, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 10 working days after delivery.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS (if applicable)
All approved refunds are processed with a 5% surcharge.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In the case of return for refund, you will only receive the cost of the item purchased. Shipping cost, as well as, all banking related charges, duties and taxes applicable to your original purchase are all non-refundable.
In the case of approved return for exchange, you will carry all related shipping charges. You will have a choice of one of the following:
Same item but with different sizing or colour specifications applicable to the item. We may inform you of any price difference payment.
You may choose another item, from our online store to the same value or pay additional price difference.
Receive a Voucher Code to the same value of the returned item, valid for six months from the date of issue.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but you may return the item for an exchange or receive store credit.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged as a result of manufacturing fault.
Exchanges are also subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock, a store credit, in the form of a Voucher Code, will be issued to you. Alternatively, you may choose another item from our online store to the same value or pay additional price difference.
Exchanges will not be issued until the purchased goods have been received and processed.
Customers are responsible for reasonable safe packaging of the merchandise, as well as, return shipping charges. We recommend packages to be returned via trackable courier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. Regretfully, we are not responsible for missing packages.

If the item was marked as a "gift" when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Voucher Code for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a "gift" when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
